Tennessee Aquarium “Periscope”Guerrilla Marketing

To remind tourists and locals alike that one of the nation’s top aquariums is located in downtown Chattanooga, we took to the streets with this guerrilla placement.

We created an authentic-looking naval periscope and deployed it in locations throughout downtown, creating the effect that a submarine was surfacing below our city’s sidewalks.

Curious passersby were compelled to look into the lens, where they discovered our simple message.
